Check: EU F-Gas 514/2024: ≤5 tCO2eq system = exempt / 5–50 t = 12-month / 50–500 t = 6-month / >500 t = 3-month (with automatic detector). Korea MOE Air Conservation Act = commercial/industrial mandatory. Residential = recommended. After check, record recovery/recharge.
What to do: EU F-Gas: systems >5 tCO2eq require annual leak check. Korean Air Conservation Act = mandatory for commercial/industrial. Log to operations record after check (date, result, recovery amount). Leak found = run recovery procedure (separate case) and recharge.
F-Gas violation = up to KRW 10M (Korea), EUR 5,000–50,000 (EU). Automatic leak detectors required for >500 tCO2eq facilities (large IDC/industry). Residential exempt but voluntary check recommended. R-32 GWP 675 / R-410A 2088 / R-22 1810.
