Check: ① Clean/replace filter ② Clean indoor/outdoor coils ③ Drain clog test (pour 2 L) ④ Insulation sweat/cracks ⑤ Compressor shell temp (during commissioning) ⑥ Run current (vs RLA) ⑦ Suction/discharge pressure (vs P-T chart) ⑧ Superheat/subcooling ⑨ Bubble leak check (flare/service ports) ⑩ User controls/remote function.
What to do: Walk through all 10 items in sequence; on pass, write commissioning report. Items failing = service immediately and recheck. Hand over report + photos + measurements to user. Korean best window = late April–early May. 30–60 min per unit.
