Check: **Symptoms**: ① <-10°C = heating capacity 60% (R-410A rated to -15°C, R-32 to -25°C). ② Defrost cycle = 30 min-1 hr once (5-10 min reversal = condenser cools = indoor briefly cool). ③ User: 'no heat, cold blow, weird sound'. ④ <-20°C = compressor auto-OFF protection (rated '-25°C heating' often realistically -20°C). ⑤ Outdoor surface = thick ice; residual moisture accelerates defrost.

What to do: **Actions**: ① **Outdoor shade + cover** (no direct wind, no snow accumulation, install in Nov, ₩100k). ② **Reposition** ≥50cm above ground (snow). ③ **Extra insulation** = liquid/gas line 9mm→25mm (+5% embedded efficiency). ④ **Drain freeze prevent** = freeze-prevention cable (24V, 5W/m, ₩30k/m) or self-heat circuit. ⑤ **User guide** = supplemental heating (electric panel) below -15°C. ⑥ **New = install R-32** (better low-temp rating than R-410A).
