What to do: Force 4-way valve mode swap (cool↔heat) test. Verify defrost cycle occurs naturally within 30–90 min. Verify outdoor condensate hose heat trace + freeze protection. For -15°C cold snaps, confirm aux heater operation if applicable. Priority dispatch to elderly/patient households.
