Check: **LG ThinQ** (2018+): ① App → 'Diagnosis Mode' → acoustic signal (outdoor mic analysis). ② Error code history, run time, compressor cycles, 30-day power. ③ Remote ON/OFF/temp/mode. ④ 'Attach diagnostic result' option in AS request. **Samsung SmartThings** (2020+): ① 'AI Diagnosis' auto-analysis (filter clean, ventilation, 13 items). ② AS chatbot 1st-level diag. ③ External tech can request 'diagnostic data share' (one-time token, 24h). **Use as external tech**: pre-visit 'send app diag result via KakaoTalk' → faster + correct parts ready.
