High Pressure Rise from Refrigerant Overcharge

Check: Measure subcooling: condenser outlet temp − condensing sat. temp (>10°C = overcharge suspected)
What to do: Measure subcooling: condenser outlet temp − condensing sat. temp (>10°C = overcharge suspected) → Recover excess refrigerant with recovery equipment → Recover in small steps until subcooling reaches 5–8°C → Also verify superheat simultaneously (5–10°C range)
