Temperature Variation Inside Cargo Box — Uneven Cooling by Zone
Likely causes
Evaporator fan imbalance or partial fan stop
Check: Measure each fan motor current: within ±15% of rated is normal — if 0 or excessive, check that fan
What to do: Replace fan motor → re-check blade balance → clean fan guard and reassemble
Poor cargo loading — airflow obstruction
Check: Check cargo clearances: 5cm from side walls, 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from return grille required
What to do: Reload cargo — ensure air circulation → use pallets for floor clearance → consider installing air curtain
Air deflector deformed or dislodged
Check: Visually inspect deflector angle and mounting at evaporator discharge — check for dislodgement or twisting
What to do: Re-secure deflector (mounting bolt torque 2–3 N·m) → replace if severely deformed → re-measure temperature distribution after adjustment
For temperature variation checks, place calibrated thermometers at 3 points (front/middle/rear) for at least 1 hour before comparing — single-point measurement is unreliable.
All 565 cases work offline in R-Pro, with error codes for 62 brands and P-T data for 108 refrigerants.
