LED Lighting Failure

Likely causes

LED driver failure

Check: Measure driver output voltage — normal 12V or 24V DC; no output = driver failure; also verify input is normal

What to do: Replace with same output spec driver; verify LED strip lights up after replacement

Partial LED strip burnout

Check: Measure DC voltage at LED strip — if driver output normal but strip not lighting = strip failure; visually locate burned LED position

What to do: Replace burned LED section or entire strip (4000K, CRI 80+ recommended); replace with same spec

LED cold-start failure in low-temperature environment

Check: Check if lighting fails immediately after store opens or in cold environment — verify cold-start rating (-20°C start capability); if lights normally after temperature rises = cold-start issue

What to do: Replace with LED driver rated for cold-start; alternatively place driver on warmer machine room side

Field tip

LED failure diagnosis: measure driver output first → normal = replace strip, no output = replace driver; follow 4000K CRI 80+ spec
