Severe Moisture Ingress (Repeated Drier Blockage)
Likely causes
Excessive atmospheric exposure during service
Check: Recover all refrigerant
What to do: Recover all refrigerant → Install two driers in series or replace with oversized drier → Perform triple evacuation (vacuum–break–re-evacuate × 3) → Hold final vacuum ≤200 μm Hg for 30 minutes → Recharge and check moisture indicator
Moisture not removed from new piping (triple evacuation not performed)
Check: Install two driers in series or replace with oversized drier

Moisture level is very high. Full circuit cleaning and extended evacuation required. POE oil (R404A/R410A circuits) is extremely hygroscopic. Minimize open time and evacuate immediately.
All 565 cases work offline in R-Pro, with error codes for 62 brands and P-T data for 108 refrigerants.
