Water Supply Failure

Likely causes

Water supply solenoid valve failure

Check: Measure valve coil resistance — normal 10~30Ω; open circuit or short = coil failure; if coil normal, check valve body for blockage

What to do: Replace coil if faulty; if valve body blocked, clean filter screen or replace valve

Insufficient inlet water pressure

Check: Measure with pressure gauge — normal 0.15~0.5 MPa (1.5~5 bar); below 0.15 MPa = solenoid valve cannot open

What to do: Check building-side water valve is fully open; adjust PRV; clean piping

Water supply filter clogged

Check: Measure pressure before and after filter — differential pressure above 0.05 MPa = over 20% flow reduction; visually inspect filter contamination

What to do: Replace filter cartridge (every 6 months or based on differential pressure); add pre-treatment filter if none present

Control board not outputting water supply signal

Check: Measure solenoid valve connector voltage during fill command — should show AC 24V or 110/220V; no voltage = board failure

What to do: Check connector contact first and reseat; if no improvement, replace control board
